About Us

Boys and Girls is Ireland’s newest creative agency. Founded by four boys and two girls with over 80 years experience working across every major sector, we have worked on practically every one of Ireland’s Top 50 brands. We offer a full range of creative and strategic services from advertising concepts through to market research and consumer insight planning.

We believe ours to be a smarter agency model developed on four founding principles:

Talent.

A creative agency isn’t made of bricks and mortar. It’s made of  talented people. We’re not boasting, but we have six of them.

Value.

Irish agencies have been slow to react to the new economy. For some size is an issue, others simply lack the tools to cope with evolving demands. As a creative agency rather than just an ‘Ad’ agency, we maximize your budget by expressing great ideas in the right channels; not just the ones ‘we’ve always used’.

Timing has been kind to us. It has enabled us to offer real value. Minimal overheads matched with greater access to senior people leads to greater efficiencies and better work.

Focus.

We use a discipline called “Daring Simplicity”  to create powerful and effective ideas. These simple ideas have a focus which helps them resonate with consumers and deliver cut-through.

Diversity.

It takes something special to provoke the right consumer response. At Boys and Girls we build the thinking and then bring in the best talent to make it shine brightly.

We are passionate in our belief that Daring Simplicity works. We love nothing more than taking an idea and amplifying it to its best effect.  Our appeal lies in the fact that we are small, nimble and eager with the reassurance of having worked on big brands and big campaigns.
